Following completion of the course and successfully passing the test successful delegates will be issued with a Certificate of Competency and will be qualified to start going out on appointments.

Will Writing & Estate Planning Syllabus
Basic Will Instruction Taking:
Confirming appointments by telephone. Arriving at customers house. Answering their questions. Taking instructions for Wills. Single and Mirror Will instructions. Returning for the Attestation meeting. Referral generating techniques.
Estate Planning:
Identifying customers with more complex requirements who would benefit from other services including Protective Property Trusts, Discretionary Trusts and Lasting Power of Attorney (LPAs). How to up-sell these additional services successfully. Role play and practising in pairs. Optional: One hour written exam paper.
